Refund Policy

At Hafta Bazar, we strive to ensure total satisfaction for every project we undertake. However, because we provide customized digital services (Software Development, UI/UX Design, and Digital Marketing), our refund policy is structured to reflect the nature of the work performed.

By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of the project:

  • Before Project Kick-off: If a refund is requested within 24–48 hours of payment and no work (research, wireframing, or setup) has started, a full refund (minus bank/transaction fees) will be issued.
  • During Development: Once the project has entered the design or development phase, the 50% upfront deposit is non-refundable. This covers the cost of resource allocation and the initial man-hours spent on your project.
  • After Milestone Approval: If a specific milestone (e.g., UI Design or Beta Version) has been approved by the client, no refunds can be issued for the payment associated with that milestone.
  • Project Completion: Once the final files, code, or website credentials have been delivered and the project is marked as “Live” or “Complete,” no refunds will be issued.

2. Circumstances for a Refund

A partial refund may be considered if:

  • Hafta Bazar is unable to complete the project as per the agreed-upon Scope of Work (SOW).
  • The project is delayed significantly beyond the agreed deadline due to internal company reasons (not including delays caused by the client’s failure to provide content or feedback).

3. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are strictly non-refundable once initiated:

  • Domain Registration & Hosting: These are third-party costs paid to registrars.
  • SEO & Digital Marketing: Fees for SEO audits and monthly marketing management are for time and expertise already spent and cannot be reversed.
  • Custom Code/Graphics: Work that has been customized specifically for your brand cannot be resold.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Written Request: Send us email with the subject line “Refund Request – [Your Project Name]”.
  2. Evaluation: Our project management team will review the request against the work completed and the project contract.
  3. Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days via the original payment method (Bank Transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, or Credit Card).

5. Chargebacks (Pakistan Cyber Law Compliance)

In accordance with the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) and local banking regulations, any unauthorized chargebacks or fraudulent disputes initiated without first contacting Hafta Bazar for a resolution will be treated as a breach of contract. We reserve the right to suspend all digital services and take legal action if necessary.
