2. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, Hafta Bazar owns the intellectual property rights for all material on this website (code, design, graphics, and text).
- For Clients: Upon full payment of the project, the custom code and assets developed specifically for the client will be transferred to them. However, Hafta Bazar retains the rights to general methodologies, frameworks, and pre-existing proprietary tools used during development.
- Restrictions: You must not republish, sell, rent, or sub-license material from haftabazar.biz without written consent.
3. Payment Terms
- All quotes are provided in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified.
- A standard 50% upfront payment is required to initiate any project.
- Invoices are due within 7 days of issuance. We reserve the right to suspend services or halt project development for overdue payments.
4. User Responsibilities
Users and clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information required for project execution.
- Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials provided by Hafta Bazar.
- Ensure that any content provided to us for development (images, text, data) does not violate the copyright laws of Pakistan.
5. Prohibited Activities (PECA Compliance)
In accordance with the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA), users are prohibited from:
- Using our services or infrastructure to transmit malware, viruses, or unauthorized tracking code.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our servers or hosted client platforms.
- Using the website for any fraudulent or illegal commercial activities.
6. Limitation of Liability
Hafta Bazar will not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data corruption, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms & Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising in relation to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore.
9. Modifications
Hafta Bazar reserves the right to revise these terms at any time. By using this website, you are expected to review these terms on a regular basis.
